Next Generation Theatre

Next Generation Theatre is one of the area's newest venues for musical and theatrical performances as well as education in the arts. We offer classes for children and adults in theatre and dance, as well as provide a performance space for musicians and entertainers. Next Generation Theatre is located at 39 Center Street in Brewer in the back of the Between Friends Art Center building.

THEATRE

Our children’s theater program is open to kids from kindergarten to eighth grade and is great for building self confidence, and making new friends. Each session runs several weeks, and ends with a spectacular show open for the entire community to enjoy. Each child learns many skills that will help with all future goals, and is an experience that will last a lifetime. All dance recitals and theatre productions take place in the theatre. DANCE

The dance classes are held year round, each session ending with a dance recital. We offer different levels of dance in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Irish Step, and Musical Theater, for ages 3 up to adult. Class costs are affordable at only $7.00 per hour class. Discounts are given for students taking multiple classes, and for siblings. A fantastic family discount is also offered. MUSIC

Next Generation Theatre is Brewer’s newest venue for local musicians to perform. The theatre features musical performances from some of the greatest local artists, as well as touring musicians and bands. NGT offers great shows weekly, and is always looking for talented musicians and performers of all ages.
